Who we are
Keiichi Ono is a sushi chef from Japan with over 40 years of experience in the art of sushi. After decades of working in respected restaurants Keiichi has decided to come to California to start a new chapter: launching a sushi catering business that brings the true taste of Japan to private events and special occasions. To keep the experience as authentic as possible, he import all of his fish directly from Japan—something he always believed is important for both taste and quality. Starting a business in a new country has its challenges—from navigating permits to building a reputation—but he is committed to offering more than just food. Keiichi wants to bring the spirit of omotenashi, the Japanese way of hospitality, to every event he caters.
