How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3โ4 weeks in advance. For larger events or weekends, 6โ8 weeks is ideal.
Do you require a deposit to confirm a booking?
Currently, we do not require a deposit to confirm your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Since we currently do not require a deposit to confirm a booking, please be courteous and let us know at least 14 days before the event if you have changed your mind or something has come up.
Are you licensed and insured?

Your chef arrives with all ingredients and equipment, sets up a sushi station, and prepares sushi during your event. Cleanup is included, so you can relax and enjoy.
Can sushi be made fresh on-site?
Yes, all sushi is made fresh on-site to ensure the highest quality and flavor.
Can guests watch the chef prepare sushi live?
Yes! Watching the chef create each piece is part of the Omakase140 experience.

How much does sushi catering cost?
Our omakase catering starts at $140 per person with a minimum of 8 guests. Pricing may vary depending on menu and travel distance.
Is there a minimum order or guest count?
Yes, we require a minimum of 8 guests per event.
Do you charge per person or per platter?
Our omakase catering is priced per person. Platter-based service can be arranged for certain events upon request.
Are gratuity and travel fees included?
Gratuity is not included but appreciated. Travel fees may apply for events outside our core service areas.
